At Bazaar Apparel Lab, all of our apparel is made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specifications submitted at the time of order.

 

1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final. Because each product is printed and produced based on customer specifications (including but not limited to design, sizing, color, and style), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any of the following reasons:=

  • Customer-selected incorrect size, color, or design

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Minor color or print variations (due to screen calibration or print process)

 

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

 

2. Quality Issues & Damaged Products

 


We take quality very seriously. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement or refund:

 

  • You must provide clear photo(s) of the issue

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • The original packaging and tags must be intact (if applicable)

 

Eligible defects include:

  • Misprints (e.g., design not printed as approved)

  • Material defects (e.g., holes, tears)

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Major deviations from the approved design

 

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a legitimate defect.

 

3. Remake or Refund Process


If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • A full remake of the same item at no additional cost

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the severity of the issue

 

We do not issue refunds for shipping costs unless the mistake was on our end.

 

4. How to File a Claim

 

Email info@bazaarapparellab.com with:

 

  • Subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

  • A description of the issue

  • At least 2 clear photos of the product showing the defect

  • Your order confirmation or receipt

 

or give a call to your account manager,

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

 

5. Discretion & Final Decision

 

All refund and return decisions are at the sole discretion of Bazaar Apparel Lab. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy conditions.
